This includes, for example, airport pickup, arrival or departure time, transport reservations and other practical matters such as visiting a supermarket or sim card facility. On arrival you will be warmly greeted by a member of our team who will help you with everything and guide you to your accommodation.
As we respect the privacy of each guest, we ask other guests to avoid noisy behaviour and respect the quiet time from 22:00 to 07:00.
Smoking is not allowed in the domestic environment of our houses and apartments. However, you can enjoy your moment on the terrace of your accommodation while enjoying the beautiful views.
Important note: The cost of electricity used during the stay is not included in the rental price. It is customary on the island not to include this amount in the rental payment. This is because the price of electricity is based on how much you air condition and it is not possible to estimate the price in advance. Please note that we will collect a deposit for electricity on your arrival and inform you of the amount used after a week so that you can keep track of your consumption.

Airport transfer for a fee is one of the services we offer to make your travel and stay at our Terra Chula resort as easy as possible. We will be happy to arrange a convenient pickup for you directly at the airport for $60 per trip plus our services from the airport to the resort. Our reliable transportation will transport you safely and quickly to your dream holiday.
On the way from the airport, we will meet you at the local Eldon’s supermarket where you will be able to buy all the necessary groceries and other items for your stay with us. The supermarket has a wide range of products, so you’re sure to find the right one for your tastes and needs.
If you’d like a local sim card with wifi to keep you connected during your beach days or while exploring the surrounding area, we’d be happy to stop by the Claro store. There we will arrange with you the purchase of the sim card and its activation, all quickly and without any problems.
Our main goal is to be at your disposal, to answer all your questions and above all to make your arrival at the resort as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Therefore, we will collect the $60 transfer fee upon your arrival at the property and handover of the keys.
And to make our service complete, we will also be happy to drive you from the resort to the airport for a fee of $40. This way, you don’t have to stress about finding transport and can enjoy the last moments of your holiday to the full. We’ll collect this amount from you at the airport, where we’ll help you check in and make sure everything is in order for your trip.

However, the number of our cars and scooters is limited, so we recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability and to be able to prepare the vehicle according to your requirements. Of course, we will discuss the details of the rental and price ranges with you in advance so that you are familiar with everything.
